Servewise Standard Course

Staff qualification is for general staff and those who are intending to work in the licensed trade, basic training for any person serving alcohol including bar staff, waiting staff, supervisors, and chargehands. It focuses on what servers need to know when dealing with customers.  It is a four hour course and has a short test moderated by the Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA)
