Meeting Facilitation

Every meeting is designed to meet the specific requirements. At Greenhouse Training we follow these steps:

  • Briefing from client manager or meeting owner to understand what is required from the meeting.
  • Greenhouse Training submit a draft proposal on how the meeting could be run to deliver the desired outcomes. This proposal includes costs.
  • If the customer accepts the proposal, Greenhouse Training would then contact all of the participants (or a proportion for meetings over about 20 people) to understand their perspective on the meeting.
  • Greenhouse Training then design processes for the meeting to achieve the outcomes. This would include designs for templates or outputs as appropriate.
  • Before the meeting, Greenhouse Training would fully brief the meeting owner on the final design agreeing what form of outputs will be required (e.g. copies of charts, typed output etc..)
  • The meeting is then facilitated by Greenhouse Training according to the design but with the flexibility to improvise if required.
  • Final outputs are delivered to meeting owner.
