This programme is aimed at senior managers, who are expected in their job roles to hold face-to-face meetings with mentee every quarter. This session is designed so that the morning covers the roles and responsibilities, plus builds on the skills on mentoring; the afternoon focuses on the process of mentoring.
This programme will help you:
- To understand the roles and responsibilities in the mentoring relationship and the mentoring process for a career development.
- To introduce the supporting materials for mentoring
- To introduce the process of positive mistakes in order to maximise learning
- To further develop the skills required for mentoring – coaching, feedback, question techniques, listening, silence and maintaining motivation.
