Overview

This workshop will help support the business planning process at any level.  During the workshop you will have a chance to:

• Get to know the others within the team and how best to work with them
• Take stock of and prioritise all the initiatives currently underway
• Develop a plan for your business
• Identify key strategies needed to enact the plan
• Determine the teams’ contribution to the plan and what is needed from others
• Identify and update personal objectives for the team

As this programme is designed for your business, there is an additional cost of £200 for development of materials after the initial contracting meeting
